All About Parties & Events is a family owned and operated business serving the South Florida area since 2008. Our vision of owning a party rental business began when our children were infants. We sought to bring fun and joy to each event by providing clean equipment, reliable service, and exceptional customer service. All About Parties & Events has grown tremendously through hard work and dedication to our customers.

Licensed & Insured for Parks
All About Parties & Events is licensed and insured in South Florida. We serve the southern part of Broward and most of Miami-Dade County. All About Parties & Events is authorized to provide equipment to all Miami Dade and Broward County parks. Proof of insurance can be emailed to you upon request.

Reservations and Rental Agreements
It is always good to place your order as soon as you know what you want. Some of our customers like to order 3-4 months in advance while others wait to the week of the event. Always keep in mind that the sooner you contact us and place your order, chances are better you will have that the equipment you want is available.
To place a reservation with All About Parties & Events simply contact us via phone or email to confirm availability for your event. Once we receive you event information we will email you a copy of the invoice for your review. This is a very important step because it assures there will be no error in you order. Once you have looked over your invoice and reviewed everything to be correct, a deposit will be requested. Once All About Parties & Events has process your deposit we will resend you your invoice to reflect your payment. Here at All About Parties & Events we believe this to be the best way to insure the day of your event goes off without a hitch!.

Cancellations
Cancellations are not common but in the event you must cancel your event the deposit is not refundable. Depending on the circumstances we may transfer your deposit to another order within the next 3 months. If All About Parties & Events you decide to cancel an order due to inclement weather the deposit will be returned or transferred to any desired date within the next 3 months. All About Parties & Events reserve the right to cancel any event due to weather, unsafe location, and failure of proper information given for event.

Day of Event
The day your event is being delivered can be very exciting and hectic. Here at All About Parties & Events we often do as many as 15 deliveries in 1 day! This is why it is important for you to make sure the desired location of equipment is free and clear of any debris, furniture, play sets etc. Each delivery needs to be done in a timely manner to arrive on time for each expected delivery. If there are any specific instructions on how to arrive to your event we ask that you will give this information prior to the day of delivery as to the information to your driver.
